Erin Allen—Vice President of National Sales

Erin Allen is Vice President of National Sales for BALANCE. Erin joined the executive team in 2016, and is responsible for development of sales strategies in alignment with business objectives, onboarding of new partners, onsite partner visits, research of new partners and market opportunities, and custom program design and deployment. In this role, she also leads the Partner Relations team, providing strategic support to meet partner goals, managing new partner product roll-outs, and overseeing partner relations service standards.

Erin previously served as West Coast Regional Sales Manager for MARQUIS—a leading national database marketing firm serving the financial services industry. While at MARQUIS, she was responsible for increasing market share through focused sales strategies and new client presentations, nurturing and expanding existing accounts, and researching opportunities for product innovation based on client need/research.

Erin is currently Chairman of the Credit Union Executive Society Supplier Member Advisory Board, where she has served on this Board for more than three years.

Erin holds a Juris Doctorate from Abraham Lincoln University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northwestern University.
