We've compiled some commonly used tools to assist you in your workshop marketing efforts, including workshop announcements, flyers, and presenter profiles.
Announcements Workshop Announcements
The workshop announcement text can be used in email blasts, in your newsletter, or on your website. To use, select the appropriate workshop announcement from the list, then copy the text into a document, add your credit union’s specific information where indicated (in red text), and don't forget to include incentive and presenter information, when appropriate.

Co-branded Workshop Flyers
For our partners who schedule a workshop with a BALANCE presenter, we also offer Co-branded Workshop Flyers, which can be printed for use in mailers and in-house promotions.
  1. Select the appropriate workshop flyer (click on the thumbnails below for an enlarged view).

  2. While the overall designs of the workshop flyers are not editable, we can add your event details. Please note that space on the flyer is limited. Contact your partner relations manager with the following information:

    • The date, location, and time of the workshop
    • The name, email address and/or phone number of your credit union’s contact person
    • Any additional information, such as incentives, that you want to include on the flyer
    • If you are adding your logo to the flyer, please send a vector-based EPS logo (for detailed information, visit our Logo Requirements page)

  3. The completed workshop flyer will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days as a high-resolution PDF.

Fill-In Flyers Fill-In Workshop Flyers
Our Fill-In Workshop flyers are a quick way to spread the word about a financial fitness workshop. Simply download the printer friendly PDF and complete the blank box with your workshop information and logo.

Information To Add To Your Flyer:

  • Day of the week, date, and time
  • Location, specific meeting room, and address
  • RSVP contact name, phone and email
  • Any special incentives (such as "Bring your lunch and we'll provide the dessert!")
  • Your logo
