The status of your (type of account) suggests you are experiencing difficulty making your bill payments; (Credit Union) wants to help you get back on track.

We have formed a partnership with a financial education and counseling service called BALANCE to help our members go over their finances and develop a plan for meeting their living expenses and paying their bills each month. The services are free and confidential.

Depending on your situation, one of your options for dealing with your debt may be participation in a Debt Management Plan. Through this plan, BALANCE consolidates your bill payments and negotiates with your creditors to lower payments and, in some cases reduce or eliminate interest and fees. The fee to administer this plan is normally $35 per month, but it is free for (Credit Union) members. It is very important that you make arrangements to resolve the delinquency on your account. Please call BALANCE now at 888-456-2227. Counselors are available to take your call Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (PST), Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
