Partner Orientation Staff Training Tool
 Our online staff training tool is a simple way to ensure your staff is familiar with BALANCE services, how BALANCE can support your goals, and how to make effective referrals. Once your employee reviews the material, he takes a quiz on the content. The results will be provided online to the employee, and sent to him via email. They will also be reflected on your usage reports online in the Partner Orientation report. For immediate feedback, have your employee forward his results email to his supervisor or print the results page from the website. (A printer-friendly version of the quiz and answer key can be found in the downloads section below.)
Getting started is simple. If you’re set up for BalanceTrack, you’re already set up for the Partner Orientation online program. If you haven’t established any of the BalanceTrack modules, you are still welcome to use this program – just contact your Partner Relations Manager.
