How to Request Artwork
To get started, review the available options on this page, then contact your partner relations manager.

Cost
There is no cost to create your co-branded BALANCE materials. However, partners are responsible for all printing costs and coordination. Please note that custom printed pieces are typically more expensive than our standard materials (which are ordered in very large quantities).

Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days for up to 2 co-branded pieces.

Your Logos
If you are including your logo on the co-branded material please submit a vector EPS file. For information on logos, please visit our Logo Requirements page.

Delivery of Artwork
Completed artwork is emailed as a compressed ZIP attachment. For larger files, we will provide a special download link for direct access to the files.

Artwork Release Form
A signed artwork release form will be required after you have reviewed and approved the artwork. Download the Artwork Release Form


 

 

 

Co-branded materials can be specially designed for you to include your logo, use your standard colors or include additional information (see the standard policies below). While there is no cost to design your co-branded BALANCE materials, partners are responsible for all associated printing costs. The artwork files will be prepared and sent to you or the printer of your choice electronically.

INSERTS
We offer co-branded inserts (also called envelope stuffers). These are a single sheet, printed back and front on thinner text stock paper. The space for logo and branding is very limited. Available options include:

1. Available in small (3x7 inches) or large (3 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches) sizes

2. Available in the eight designs (A1-A8): view thumbnails below or larger images here

3. Available in English or Spanish

4. Chose the time zone best suited for your account holders: PST, MST, CST, EST

5. Any special instructions such as adding a phone number, website or matching a specific PMS color? Also please submit your EPS logo as per our logo requirements.

 

SPECIAL HARDSHIP & LOAN DECLINE INSERTS
The current economic climate has left many in financial instability. These special inserts address the common concerns. Available options include:

1. Available in small (3x7 inches) or large (3 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches) sizes

2. Hardship Series is available in six designs (H1-H6), view thumbnails below or larger images here

3. There is also a loan decline and an auto loan decline insert, view thumbnails below, or larger images here

4. Available in English or Spanish

5. Chose the time zone best suited for your account holders: PST, MST, CST, EST

6. Any special instructions such as adding a phone number, website or matching a specific PMS color? Also please submit your logo as per our logo requirements.

 

BROCHURES
We offer co-branded brochures. These are folded in half, printed back and front on thicker card stock. There is plenty of space to add your logo, phone, website and even your branch locations. Available options include:

1. Available in small (3x7 inches) or large (3 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches) sizes

2. Available in the eight designs (B1-B8): view thumbnails below or larger images here

3. Available in English or Spanish

POSTERS
Our co-branded posters are available in two sizes and four designs. Please note that posters printed in small quantities can be quite costly – please consult your local printer prior to requesting artwork. Available options include:

Standard Policies

1. Costs and Printing: There is no cost to design your co-branded BALANCE materials. Artwork is created, and then sent to you or the printer of your choice. Partners are responsible for all associated printing costs.

Several factors including quantity, vendor order minimums, paper type, shipping, and regional labor pricing may affect the overall cost. (For specific pricing, please consult your local print vendors.) The following are average costs for small batch runs:

We are often asked why our standard materials are so inexpensive compared to co-branded materials. We order very large quantities of standard materials which reduce the cost per piece (and the savings are passed to the partners). In small batch printing, the cost per piece is significantly higher, and as a result, the overall cost is also higher. Standard materials are typically the most cost effective solution.

2. Requesting Artwork: Please contact your partner relations manager to request artwork for co-branded materials. They can best guide you in ordering the products best suited for those you sercve. You can order materials at any time.

3. Turnaround Time: Projects are added to a production schedule after complete information and acceptable logos are received. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days for up to 2 co-branded pieces. Additional/multiple pieces will be added to the production schedule and a quote for turnaround will be given on a case-by-case basis.

4. Drafts: Up to 2 drafts will be deliverered for review. Extensive revision and edits should be avoided. Drafts are low-resolution files and are not suitable for professional printing.

5. Formats: Artwork is created using Adobe InDesign CS4. Press PDF and EPS files are also available. Finalized artwork includes outlined fonts, 1/8-inch full bleeds for inserts and brochures, 1/4-inch full bleeds for posters, crop marks, and is run through a preflight program to assure viability.

6. Artwork Release Form: A signed artwork release form will be required after you have reviewed the artwork. This form approves the artwork to be correct “as-is”, and also provides our team with specific delivery and formatting instructions. Download the Artwork Release Form

7. Stock photos: Artwork contains licensed stock photograpy which may not be copied, reused, or repurposed for any other use.

8. Delivery of Artwork: Completed artwork is emailed as a compressed ZIP attachment. For larger files, we will provide a special download link for direct access to the files (links are viable for 14 days). Once we've received your completed artwork release form, you can expect delivery of artwork files within 2 business days.
