Who is my Partner Relations Manager?
If you don't know which Partner Relations Manager is assigned to your credit union, please email your question to the general email address. Make sure to include your credit union name on the subject line and someone will contact you as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum order for Standard Materials?
There is no minimum order, although standard brochures and inserts are shipped in bundles of 500. Go to the How to Order Standard Materials page.

Can you co-brand Standard Materials?
The standard inserts and brochures are already printed and packaged, and cannot be altered in any way. We can, however, design a similar co-branded brochure. We have a selection of materials that can be modified to meet your specifications, or we can create a new piece to coordinate with your own promotional materials.

How many materials should I order?
Most of our partners order enough inserts to do a mailing to their entire membership, and enough brochures to have several hundred on hand at each branch.

Should I order Co-branded or Standard Materials?
About a third of our credit union partners choose to upgrade from standard materials to co-branded materials. Standard materials are generally less expensive – particularly in small quantities. However, some credit unions prefer the benefits of having custom materials branded with their name and logo. Go to the How to Order Co-branded Materials page.

How much do Standard Materials cost?
Since they are printed in bulk, we pass along the low price of standard materials: brochures are 10¢ each and inserts are 5¢ each with no minimum order required. For quantities of 30,000 or more, the prices are 8¢ for brochures and 4¢ for inserts.

How much do Co-branded Materials cost?
Co-branded materials vary in cost based on the number of colors used, paper stock, size, and quantity. In general, co-branded materials typically run about 25¢ to 55¢ a piece for brochures, and about 20¢ to 35¢ a piece for inserts. There is no additional cost for designing your co-branded materials.

What kind of logo do you need to customize my specific project?
In general, a "vector-based EPS" logo provides the best resolution and greatest flexibility for a variety of projects.

Can I design my own marketing materials?
Partners are not obligated to our use the standard or co-branded materials we provide. Some of our partners choose to design their own brochures and inserts to better complement their existing marketing materials or to precisely match their branding guidelines. You can find approved text, downloadable templates and logos on the D.I.Y. Materials page. You are not limited to this exact text but we would like the opportunity to review any changes.
