Making sure your staff understands all of the services available to them and to your members is essential to ensuring your members use this new benefit of membership.

Because your staff is juggling so many responsibilities and has so much to remember, we’ve developed this simple Referral Tool (PDF) to use as an aid in identifying members in need, and ensuring they receive a referral to BALANCE.

Encouraging your staff to contact BALANCE to try out our services for themselves will give them the confidence to make referrals. To follow are some sample questions your staff can ask when contacting our counselors. Or, they can ask any personal finance question they or one of your members might have. Call 888-456-2227.
